  • Training and/or assessments to organizations for management and employees regarding their legal liabilities and responsibilities under federal and state employment laws including but not limited to: ADA,FMLA,FLSA,OSHA,COBRA,TITLEVII, NH RSA'S

  • Investigations:
  Assess and investigate harassment or other
discrimination complaint reported to management. Services include:
     ~assessment of alleged violation
     ~ mediation to settle complaint if warranted
     ~assist organization's attorney in defending   the case when legal complaint has been filed
